Product quality and customer service.

Each window shade manufactured by Draper is individually inspected and tested before it is packed and shipped. If a problem does arise, our customer service and sales departments are located right here at Draper headquarters, where it's a short walk across the parking lot to our production facility. This allows us to resolve any issues quickly.

Assembled in the USA.

Draper has been headquartered in the same hometown for our entire history. Our offices and factory are located on the same Spiceland, Indiana campus, which spans 9 buildings and over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Building 10 is curently under construction to add another 100,000 square feet of space. In a time when many manufacturers have sent their manufacturing out of the country, we're proud to keep ours right in our hometown.

Originally founded in 1902 by Luther O. Draper to sell window shades to schools, Draper, Inc. is still privately owned and managed by the fifth generation of Mr. Draper's descendants with a legacy of innovation, integrity, and service to our customers. Having experienced strong growth for several years, Draper now employs over 750 people, and to date has never laid off an employee.
