Align Bar

Align Bar adjusts to uneven patio floors, helping FlexShade ZIP shades close cleanly and maintain a sealed edge across the full width.

Align Bar helps FlexShade ZIP outdoor shades close cleanly on patios or exterior openings where the floor is not level. It attaches to the standard hem bar and automatically adjusts to follow the slope at the bottom edge, eliminating visible gaps at uneven floors. The extruded aluminum design includes brush liners along the bottom and at each end to help maintain a consistent seal. Align Bar accommodates slope differences up to 4” on shades up to 16' wide and is finished to blend seamlessly with the shade’s hem bar, headbox, and side channels for a uniform appearance. Align Bar can be retrofitted onto existing installed ZIP hem bars on shades 16' w and under, making it an easy upgrade for improving closure and appearance.
